Whether in fee-for-services or in value-based arrangements, health systems are under increasing pressure to demonstrate value to their patient families and payers. We analyzed market, clinical and claims data from leading children's health systems to evaluate managed care and value-based arrangements with commercial and public payers. Using these insights, we helped systems articulate their "value proposition," and facilitated collaboration with care providers across the continuum to develop care processes and protocols to improve outcomes and reduce the total cost of care. Through attribution analysis, risk modeling, and the use of appropriate pediatric-specific measures, we facilitate how systems can drive value across a network of care.Â
